Project Management

With our extensive 40 years’ experience with hands on building and project management we understand the need for a role in many disputes and general building works under construction of project management.

This entails setting up progress claim schedules, critical path charts or bar charts for duration and programming of the trades, goods and services.

Our system allows for the Owner and Builder to communicate in a fluid environment with issues aired and decisions made on all aspects of the scope of works. These issues are then documents and copies forward to the parties for reference.

Project managers make regular site inspections as required to maintain maximum work flow, co-ordination and quality control.

Regular site meetings are chaired, and instructions given to the builder from site minutes. The project management we undertake ensures disputes are dealt with promptly and work is constant.

What our services include

We can provide project management services of works under construction or rectification works. We can provide our client programming for the works and overseeing the standards of construction. The Builder is required to provide Supervision.

We can be engaged under a Project management Contract to ensure the works are being properly undertaken.
Our clients often engage us to provide reports on the works where defects have arisen and thereafter engage us to observe the completion or rectification of the works with the original builder or new builder


Fees

To help with your budgeting below are some indicative prices:

  • Fees for this service are $570.00 for the 1st hour, then $285.00 per hour plus GST.
