Bruce Hall is the Principal Building Consultant for Olles Pty Ltd, Licensed Builder No. 34857. The office is located in Newport, Northern Beaches, NSW.

We service all areas in the Sydney region and country areas and interstate.

Bruce Hall has firsthand experience in all building related matters and he specialises in building consultancy and building construction report work.

Bruce has developed his expertise in building consulting work from a full career in the building industry where he began work as a licensed Tradesman, progressed to Subcontracting to Builders and Home Owners, then gained a full Builders Licence and worked as a Licensed Builder to the current day.

For many years Bruce was engaged as the Senior Project manager for premier building companies in the Sydney region.

Bruce was also engaged by loss adjusting firms as a consultant on identification of defective works and provided to these companies fully costed reports on both domestic, commercial and industrial buildings.

Bruce has provided quality building advice and reports as an accredited Building Consultant directly to the general public and other regulatory authorities for the past 20 years.
